The first thing you need to fix is the screen. I think it would be better if you increased the resolution, but I know that it can be hard to do so in the middle of a project. Cut off the bottom more or fill it in with generic ground, but please fix the white hideousness. Additionally, fix the top so that the player can understand everything thing that is up there. If you notice on the original sonic games, there was no border separating the hud from the rest of the screen. Second, add some music. XsakuX, Chronamut, HouseMasta, Charem, keatonkeaton999, Gorbanic, and ArienV have all made some Sonic music and have it up on NG, and those are only a few. Third, (you're probably working on this one) add some rings and lives, and of course, more levels. And finally, refine the controls a bit.

I like the tab button... Boom-de-yadda, Boom-de-yadda! But seriously, the tab button was a lot of help. Maybe for the following chapters, you should disable it? This game was a lot of fun; it reminded me of Myst which is always a good thing. Please make more in the series, as I'm excited to see what happens next.

Although at least one other person has done an animation to this song, there is nothing wrong with you doing a different animation for it. In fact, I think this better than the other flash I've seen with this song. Oh, and ignore AeroDream, I've seen him put the exact same review on a different flash already today.

This was awesome, and for that matter, so was Irod Bad. I think it would be pretty cool if you did something similar with a few videogames, especially Halo or GTAIV. It might be the only way you could make this series more awesome. Also, the song was one of the best parts. An expanded edition would be... uh... awesome! (Awesome, awesome, awesome! Did I say awesome yet?)

One of two things really need to change on this:
1. Make it where you can move when you swing your sword.
2. Make the sword swing animation shorter.

Some things that would be nice:
1. Be able to level up person and spells.
2. Make the enemies have less health.
3. Have a different penalty for dieing.
4. Perform a y-position check so that your character doesn't get hit be attack that he shold be far enough towards the top of the screen to avoid.

"Flawed, but great potential"

Several of the mini-games were fun, but two of them were very broken.
The mouse avoider game could be easily beaten with a little use of the tab button, and the missile game would go on forever after the first two obstacles. Fix those problems, perhaps add a few more mini-games, are I'd be ready to 10 this game.
